FAQs

What is the process for applying for a sponsor licence and sponsoring non-UK nationals to work?

Sponsor licence applications involve completing an online application form and providing supporting documentation to prove that your company operates a genuine business and meets the Home Office’s requirements. Once the sponsor licence is granted, your organisation can assign Certificates of Sponsorship to non-UK nationals, who then use these to support their work visa applications.

Changes Immigration has an excellent track record in securing sponsor licences and sponsored worker visas. If you or your organisation needs assistance navigating the sponsor licence application process or assigning Certificates of Sponsorship to workers, we will be pleased to help.
